The day we mark the anniversary of the birth of Krishna is named Janmashtami. Lord Krishna is an emblem for bliss and ultimate happiness. Any satisfaction is voiced via ceremony. Therefore in this way, Janmashtami memorialized the conception of happiness.

That spiritual delight would become evident on this particular day. Actually, it is inappropriate to employ the term "birth" throughout this context. Lord Krishna never experienced a birth. Even though it was always there, this very day was labelled a straightforward and evident embodiment of that spiritual delight.

Vasudeva symbolizes the Prana, while Devaki represents physical existence. Therefore, Ananda (contentment, symbolized by Krishna) is brought into the world when Prana streams through all the body. Nevertheless, at that juncture, the self importance (symbolized by Kamsa, the villainous King) wishes to sabotage the pure joy. Ego cannot reside in an environment of sheer delight.

Krishna is a portrayal of love and happiness. Love, happiness, and genuineness are the ego's terrible foes. Krishna is a portrayal of delight, contentment, and also being one's own. He is the origin of all joy. Because ego disperses and fades away when love starts to emerge, this is the reason there is a battle among ego and love.

The prison officers all slept off when Krishna was birthed inside the cell. The body feels like such a jail cell when it is devoid of pleasure and happiness, as per Lord Krishna. Consequently, all the senses (defined by the corrections officers) fell asleep when love (Lord Krishna) was born inside this prison (body). The body's sensory receptors- eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin—are its watchers, and they continuously transform radially in pursuit of happiness.

Lord Krishna and his Gopis

The rasa-lila dance, in which countless numbers of gopis assumed the eight-year-old Krishna must have been grooving with them solely, is possibly the clearest illustration of the spiritual fervor Krishna clearly influenced in the gopis. The rasa-leela was not experienced on the classic plane of the sensory experiences, as is popularly thought today.

The gopis observed the pure joy of the jivatma intertwining with the Paramatma during the rasa-leela. The Lord emerged to every one of the gopis as a direct consequence of their infinite love. He awarded a perspective of the Self to every gopi utilizing his authority. As per legend, among some of the gopis, Radha remained the most dedicated. Theirs was indeed the rawest love—a love that catapulted people toward Divine.

Lord Krishna in the Mahabharata

The Pandavas were a set of five dedicated and ethical brothers whose empire was superseded by their own one hundred half-brothers, the wicked Kauravas. Krishna's succeeding prominent role in his daily existence was as a companion to the Pandavas. Krishna decided to participate in the ultimate disagreement between the two as Arjuna the Pandava's charioteer.

He also offered instructions on The Bhagavad-701 Gita's passages to Arjuna. The Gita is taken into account to be Krishna's most substantial contribution to humanity. In reality, some individuals consider that Krishna's conception was wholly important to transfer this "Melody of the Divine."

It consisted of the counsel Krishna gave Arjuna shortly before the Mahabharata War. The Gita conveys the essential nature of spiritual practice in words that the common individual can comprehend.

FAQS

Q1. Why is Lord Krishna loved and respected by all irrespective of religion?

He managed to live a very simple and direct existence and managed to learn valuable life lessons. His doctrines are appropriate to several individuals throughout the world and are not simply limited to Hindu religion or India.

Q2. What is Krishna’s main message for humanity?

As per Lord Krishna's declaration in the Bhagavad-Gita, all of it occurs for a reason or purpose.

Q3. Is Radha Krishna statue good?

If you are thinking of keeping the deities of Radha and Krishna, you are doing the right thing. Lord Krishna is the Supreme controller, proprietor, and enjoyer. Srimati Radharani is the greatest devotee of the Lord. The Acharyas have said that whoever selflessly serves the deities of Radha Krishna becomes very dear to them. The most important thing is the consciousness with which we are serving. It is said that they are not bound by any material opulence, but by our unmotivated and unflinching love and devotion.

Q4. Where to keep Lord Krishna idol at home?

Lord Krishna’s idol or deity should only be kept in the altar (puja area). Keeping the deity in the bedroom is not recommended because it leads to casual dealing. An altar is a sacred place where we present our offerings to the Lord. If possible, it should be set up in a separate room. There is no difference between the Lord Himself and His deity. Therefore, we should have a clear consciousness with which we can engage in the loving devotional service of the Lord.
