It remains the most popular outfit of males and females with a difference of just the kind of embroidery and work.
A traditional phiran for women is generally very long, touching the feet, however a relatively modern variation has conquered the markets now, as shown here, a pure wool phiran extending a little longer, below the knees with side slits and is ari embroidered in colorful flowers and a thin border of coiled vines with an exclusive styled neck.
