Kashmiri embroidery consists of colorful thread work and predominantly mango leaf motifs that are done in a very slender manner. There is also embroidery on the hands. The embroidery here consists of small floral buti patterns also to make the dress look wonderful.
The salwar is plain maroon color. The dupatta is as good as a shawl with embroidery on it. It can be worn on other costumes also.
