In this impressive sculpture, the seated Brahma Ji holds the kamandalu, or ritual water jar in his left rear hand and a manuscript (symbolic of the Vedas) in the other rear hand. In his two front hands, he holds a rosary and anguish (goad). He wears tall crowns all four of which fuse together rising up like a temple shikhara above his head. He wears long necklaces and also a sacred thread.
