This well crafted animal in brass is in excellent form. The head is extended with two flat horns on either side, on level with the head. The neck is rather thin in proportion to its well formed body. The artist seems to be well versed with the skeletal and muscular system of the animal as each bone structure, especially the hind part clearly shows it to zoological perfection. The raised areas and depressions show true placement of muscles. The animal is in the act of strolling and the legs and hooves are sturdy. The thin long tail ends in a bushy cluster, reaching down to the hoof.
This common animal is crafted well, resulting in an uncommon item for decoration and collection.
