Ganesha is hailed as a remover of obstacles and a harbinger of Success and is both loved and venerated. The three headed Ganesh has been depicted in this sculpture who is adorned in regal attire and sitting on a throne attached with floral Kirtimukha (face of glory). The three heads of Lord Ganesh represent the three states of being inherent in any manifestation, which are named the Gunas. According to conventional wisdom, the three main gunas are rajas (creation), sattva (preservation), and tamas (destruction). These three main gunas are responsible for the entirety of creation and its evolutionary process. He is clutching laddu (Sweet Laddu), his broken tusk, and noose, symbolising his powers to guide towards the right path and bless his devotees. A mouse is seen present on the pedestal near his feet, offering prayer. It is believed that worshipping Trimukha Ganesha brings prosperity, good fortune, wisdom and destroys all obstacles.
