Shri Garuda, the mighty vehicle of Lord Vishnu is the eradicator of fear and curses. The statue depicts the king of birds sitting on a lotus in a meditative posture closing his eyes and folding his hands in a Namaskar gesture. He is shown with wings that are open. He sits peacefully under a Kirtimukha Prabhavali. This wooden statue has been given a rough brown texture to bring out an antique look.
