Vajrasattva sits on a Padmasana which is placed on a three-tier platform, intricately decorated and studded with turquoise, coral, and lapis lazuli. Vajrasattva’s face is highlighted with gold which brings a deific quality to the image. The banner that hangs from his seat has the Dhammachakra or the wheel of Dhamma, which is the symbol of enlightenment in Buddhism.
