11" Drishti Ganesha | Brass Statue

$230

Simha Ganapati, the 29th of Ganapati's 32 forms, is the form in which Lord Ganesha mounts a Lion or Simha. Simha Ganapati is shown in this brass statue as the Ashtabhuja Dhari, or the deity with eight hands, holding Parashavadha (the war axe), Trishul (trident), Khadga (the sword), Shankh (Conch), Pasha (noose), Chakra (discus), Modaka Patra (sweets), and Gada (mace). The serpent coiling around his belly represents his control over the cosmos. His Vahana, the Mushak or mouse, waits by his feet with the lion and looks up to him for a kindly glance.

The deity is also honored with a Prabhavali with snake heads signifying the blessings of Lord Shiva upon him. Installing the statue at home will open positive gateways, offering protection and protection from harmful energy. The statue is a physical representation of Lord Ganesha's form, which is said to grant success and victory to those who worship it.
