A tiger that stares right into the viewers eyes is presented in batik. The green background represents the vegetation and the tigers natural habitat. The bushes in the foreground are depicted by black criss-cross lines. All this is secondary to the omni present beast that occupies the central and major space. Painted in natural colours of ochre, the stripes and the outlines are done in thick black lines. One should not go by the calm expression on the tiger's face but also notice the menacingly turning tail. The limbs are strong and its volume shows the muscular strength. The jaw does not seem forceful enough and just blends with the body. The eyes and the ears, though small, are alert, ready for any untoward sound.
The colour palette and the crackle is minimalistic so as not to interfere with the beastly theme.
