The divine couple Shri Radha Krishna stand at the banks of river Yamuna in their transcendental abode Vrindavan. The forever youthful and eternal pair is spending quality time with each other, while adorned with alluring garments and jewels as well. Radha Rani wears a floral patterned dark blue saree bordered with golden shiny lace along with a mustard yellow blouse and also wears gold ornaments with a sweet and innocent smile on face whereas Shri Krishna wears a pitambara (yellow Cloth as his lower outfit).
This magnificent masterpiece is also comprised of sleeky golden outlines with the attributes of culture, nature and spirituality. The lotus eyed cowherd’s lips look attractive while he holds the divine flute in his right hand and kept his left hand on the left side of his thin waist. A traditional turban topped with bunch of peacock feathers is placed over his head.
Radha and Krishna are one and it has been mentioned in the Skanda Purana’s Mahatmaya (Glorification) of Shrimad Bhagavatam Puarana which is mentioned below in the Sanskrit verse: “Saa Eva Saa Sa saveasti vansi Tat Prem Rupika”
That means Shri Krishna is Shri Radha and Shri Radha is none other than Krishna and their love is Bansi (Sacred Flute). One can easily feel their love and unity by having a view of this fine masterpiece.
