The Shakti of Vishnu's Varaha avatar, Varahi is the Aradhya (tutelary goddess) of Varahi Tantra and is worshipped as a warring-mother goddess who protects her children fervently. Enthroned on a tiger, Devi Varahi is in a valorous ten-armed or Dashabhuja form, in which she accompanies Durga on the battlefield.
A solar radiance highlights Devi Varahi's boar face, which despite its etherealness, has a soft feminine appearance. Devi's attire uses fine red, pink, and yellow, along with refined ornaments that give her a queenly appearance.
