The Shri Yantra, Sri Yantra, or Shri Chakra is a form of mystical diagram used in the Shri Vidya school of Hinduism. It consists of nine interlocking triangles that surround a central point known as a bindu. These triangles represent the cosmos and the human body. A mandir which commemorates it, is located in Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, India, which is known as the Shri Yantra mandir. It is commended for its architecture and many devotees visit this temple every year. It is constructed in the middle of the Maikal, Satpuda and Vindhyachal range of mountains, 3500 ft. The temple itself is built as a 3D projection of the Sri Yantra / Sri Chakra which forms the core of the Sri Vidya worship in Hinduism.

The golden, glinting plane sparkles like a glass as the brass statue finely extends with perfect craftsmanship that portrays divine beauty with marvelous carves that extend over the surface depicting a heavenly abode for the Hindus.

The worship of the Shri Yantra is central to the Shri Vidya system of Hindu worship. It represents the Goddess in the form of Devi Tripura Sundari, the natural beauty of the three worlds: Bhu Loka, Bhuvar Loka and Swar Loka. The Shri Yantra is the symbol of Hinduism, which is based on the Hindu philosophy of the vedas. It is the object of devotion in Shri Vidya and represents the evolution of the multiverse as a result of the natural Divine will of the Godhead Aadi Paraa Shakti. The four upward-pointing isosceles triangle represent the God's masculine embodiment Brahm, while the five downward-pointing triangles symbolize the female embodiment Jagat Jannani.
