His Holiness The Dalai Lama is regarded by the millions of followers as an incarnation of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha aspect for compassion. The practises and teachings on this DVD teach us how we can cultivate altruism and compassion. The practises and teachings on this contentment and create a peaceful world. The talk was given to an audience of Indians and westerners in Dharamsala some years ago.
