Bassoon: Old german wind-instrument. Dilruba: Ancient Indian string-instrument with a skin, played with bow, can also be plucked. Dholak: Cylindrical double-drum played mainly in Indian folk music. Duff: Big hand-drum, played in traditional Persian and Indian music. Kanjeera: Small tambourine-like hand-drum with wide range of expression Moorsingh: South Indian Jaw-Harp Santoor: Persian string instrument, similar to European Hammer-dulcimer. Sitar: Well-known Indian string-instrument with a sound full of overtones and wide range of expression. Table: Most important accompanying rhythm instrument in classical indian music, consists of two drums with different pitch Tabla Tarang: Many tablas tuned to different pitches to play melodical patterns. Tanpura: Drone-instrument with 4, 5 or 6 strings.
