Rishi (Arvind Swamy), a computer expert is sent to Kashmir just after his marriage. His wife Roja (Madhu) accompanies him. She does not want to be separated from him even for a short time. She has started loving him deeply even though they have known each other only for a short time. The unthinkable happens! Rishi is kidnapped by a group of terrorists led by Liaqat Khan (Pankaj Kapoor). Their demand is the release of a dreaded terrorist from army custody. Rishi is adamant about not accepting the bargain, while Roja rushes from pillar to post to get the creaking government machinery to do something to rescue Rishi. When Liaqat’s group is attacked by another group of terrorists, events take a dramatic turn, leading to a stunning climax.
