Gayatri
Along the history of human civilaization the sun has been the most visible entity that has commanded man’s awe gratitude reverence and worship.
Science has recognized this great ball of fire and energy to be an exploding furnace of helium and hydrogen without which nothing on earth can thrive or survive. But beyond the physical hamessing of solar energy, where the sun is the godhead lies the final frontier of man’s destiny. Beyond the myths of Egypt, Babylon, Persia and Peru beyond the antiquities of Solomon’s temple Stonehenge and the sun temple of Konarak beyond the mysteries of astrology lies the pre-ordained tryst of making with its most original perception of divinity the light behind the sun the spirit within the fire the resplendent form of the benevolent mother of the universe who as we know her is Gayatri.
In awe or anguish whenever we have looked up at the sun knowingly or unknowingly we have also looked up to the smiling face of Gayatri. To celebrate this great fortune and to bring it within the grasp of active consciousness we have the Gayatri Mantra gifted to us. The power to utter chant and contemplate it is our precious privilege.
Widely acclaimed in India the Gayatri Mantra’s supreme status is further enhanced by Lord Krishna’s proclamation in his spiritual discourse the Geeta, that among the mantras he is Gayatri. Our earth life being a material manifestation of the supreme solar power Gayatri it follows that the Gayatri Mantra exerts its influence over various levels of existence physical mental and emotion. Therefore irrespective of our cultural learning’s or scientific beliefs regardless of our religious faiths, if we choose the Gayatri Mantra to chant absorb and meditate upon it has the power to open up the floodgates to the highest intellectual and creative capacities. In our experimentation with the Mantra we might possibly experience divine bliss leading us to a spiritual ascent in this world and beyond.
In defiance of the contemporary and ominous pointers to global calamities we believe that the Gayatri Mantra can make even the non believer a believer in his own potential divinity. This album therefore is a humble effort to introduce the listener to what may be considered as the ultimate spiritual journey of man.
Oh creator of the universe we meditate upon the supreme splendor. May they radiant power illuminate our intellects destroy our sins and guide us in the right direction.

Ganesh
He is the Lord of all be surveys and it is a blessing in itself that his keen eyes watch over us all…!
Lord Ganesh is the benevolent manifestation of Omkaar the origin of all creation… that’s why to invoke his endearing image is to ensure an auspicious beginning to all human endeavor and events…
Ages and eras drifted away… Myths have given way to history…as civilization has raced into the 21st century… Lord Ganesh has always been with us in our odyssey through life…!
The vastness of his divine form deflates expression… yet his loving image is never too large to reside within the confines of our eager hearts…!
And that perhaps is because he ahs graciously and willingly surrendered to our grasp and responded most visibly to our devotion! He is the friendliest of gods that have ever graced our dwellings!.
He is often referred to as Lambodar the one with a protruding belly and it is not surprising since he is known to absorb and consume away the accumated sins of his countless devotees…!
While as the Lord his glory is most original and eternal his chosen role on earth is that of friendly deity whose presence may be experienced in every aspect of out day to day life and living..
