About the Book

The Way, From The Greatest Deception is an interesting narrative about the inward journey that each of us in some way try and take but only those few having the guidance of a Satguru are able to unravel. It delves to address the doubts and dogmas about religion and spirituality that distorts our outlook. It is a collection of facts that scientifically and philosophically explore and explain the hidden aspects within the domain of spirituality and its influence in containing everything in this life, this world and beyond. Notwithstanding the option of exercising our choice in every situation; we invariably end up desiring for another change or wanting an escape route. It some cases it becomes a pandemic malady. A correct diagnosis of any ailment is the first step to finding cure. The Truth or the Treasure of Bliss is within us, but we are deluded away because of our own beliefs and sensory perceptions to search for it in the outside world!

The fountainhead of bliss and joy is that spark of energy which keeps us alive and is the being we are. But on account of our ego and ignorance we get deceived. The underlying message in this book can be succinctly put as - No God no peace, know God know peace. On the auspicious occasion of 60" Birthday Celebration as a token of love and reverence, this book is dedicated to Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj- who has devoted his entire life serving humanity.

Preface

The foremost deception in our life is about our own identity or who am I? We identify ourselves with our roles rather than our self? Since roles are ever-changing, we compare it with our past one or with the role of another friend or colleague. None of these roles have permanency although these were relevant in context of certain time frame. The fact behind this identity is that these are our roles but the role is not us. The role is a means for our survival but not an end.

The other deception is about the fact that we earn money with the aim of becoming happy but we seem to work exactly against it. We want to get attached to everything. If there is attachment, the equal and opposite of it, which is detachment or separation is also a certainty to happen and give us suffering. The third deception is that we believe what we see or experience in this world is all true. But it is only a relative truth. To be true, it must be eternal or everlasting, beyond the dimension of space or time. Anything that is fleeting can't be a destination.

There is also a great deal of deception around the existence of the entity God. Many of us assume that God is abstract or a synthesized expression created by man or just a belief indoctrinated to overcome our insecurities in life of our well-being. This is primarily due to our fear about uncertainty or losing our possessions of attachment. If something comes into our lives, it is preordained go out from our lives as well. It is neither the object, nor the separation that is the cause of suffering, but the all alluring attachment of ours is the root cause of problem. Just as we have a life-cycle so does everything in our lives. This creation is so captivating that it engages us under its spell such that that the Creator is almost forgotten in the process. This bewitching engagement or interaction is called Maya, hence an illusion.
