Are you in search of everlasting happiness?
If yes, then….
You will definitely find the answers to this and more in this unique and universal Vedic philosophy as revealed by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj.
Today all over the world people are becoming increasingly impressed with the extraordinarily loving personality of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. He reconciled the apparent contradictory views in the Vedas, Darshanas, Puranas and other scriptures, including those of Western philosophers. While extending due respect to all the world's great scholars and Spiritual Masters, Shri Maharaj Ji unequivocally established the supremacy of bhakti yoga in conjunction with the practice of karma yoga, i.e. being absorbed in the loving remembrance of God while performing all your worldly duties.
Shri Maharaj Ji distanced himself from sectarianism, disciplic succession and the practice of initiating people by whispering mantras into their ear. Even though he never initiated anybody as a disciple, there are millions of people from all castes, creeds and religious backgrounds, who are practicing devotion under his benign guidance following his teachings.
The concept of universal brotherhood finds its fullest manifestation in the institutions he established. Seekers the world over are engaged in selfless service. In Shri Maharaj Ji's opinion, universal brotherhood is the need of the present day and it is achievable by adopting and following the universal principles of Vedic philosophy.
The Vedas state, God is present in all living beings.
If everyone genuinely assimilated this principle, all conflict would cease paving the way for world peace.
In the words of Shri Maharaj Ji,
"It is only through Shri Krishna bhakti or devotion to Shri Krishna that peace and happiness can be restored in the world. There is no doubt that by spreading the message of Shri Krishna bhakti (which is no different from propagation of the basic philosophy of the Vedas) peace in the world can be established. With this objective in mind, I have sent my followers to different parts of India and abroad. In fact, there are no such words as 'abroad' or foreign country' in my dictionary, as I believe in the concept of vasudhaiva kutumbakam (the whole world is a family) and yet, it is quite natural for me to have a special love or attachment for India."
This publication contains a detailed description of the views of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj on this subject, and shows how world peace can in fact be restored by imbibing Vedic philosophy.
