About The Book

Concordance of Vedic Mantras as per Devata and Rsi' has been prepared to enable the readers and the researchers to carry out comparative studies regarding the seers and their respective visualizations. This concordance is a ready reference to all the deities, and the seers who worked on them along with the mantras revealed to them deity-wise as compiled in the four major Samhitas of the Vedas. This concordance has listed 951 Devatās underlying great laws of the spiritual, astronomical and physical nature visualized by various high spirited Rsis in the beginning of the origin of the human civilization on this globe. The various names of seers enlisted under a particular Devata head also reveal the extensive interest of various seers for the particular field of the research in the beginning of humanity on the Globe. The publication of this concordance also marks the beginning of the rational, scientific and factual translation of ancient-most scientific literature of the world.

7. To bring together the Vedic scholars who evinced a great deal of interest for: promotion of Vedic studies on scientific lines and Modem scientists or scholars interested into Vedic scientific vision to co-ordinate for synthesis of modern scientific knowledge with the Vedic one so that it may diffuse following the Vedic vision for upkeep, advancement, safety and development of mankind and not for ecological crisis, destruction and extinction of mankind.

9. To construct a computer library and to prepare a computer concordance by computerizing the entire bulk of Vedic literature.

10. To undertake the publication of research work done from time to time by the scholars under the auspices of the foundation.

11. To promote such a vision (as discovered by the seers of this land in the times of yore) as could bring about social reforms leading to harmony, friendship. fraternity and common culture to the present day trouble torn world of mankind and help in the cause of national and international peace thus suggesting the modern science for more and more active role for upkeep and safety of living organisms and the planet.

In tune with the aims and objectives of the foundation it was thought that a proper apparatus be produced first to facilitate the in-depth scientific studies and commentaries on the Vedas, since the presently available translations and commentaries on the Vedas and allied literature, leaving a few cases, are not able to present the actual and factual significance of this oldest literature of the world.
