Dr. Vinita Rahurikar, M.Sc. DCH (plant pathology) M.A., a well-known writer of national level magazines. Up till now over 150 stories, columns, articles, and poems have been published. Her stories get translated in to 10-12 Indian languages along with English.

She received the ""Excellence Certificate"" by the U.K. and USA based organization ""The Record Holder Republic"" for her work done in the field of literature. Along with writing she takes fancy in drawing and painting specially sketching portraits, decorating terracotta pots and statues. She loves travelling and had been to many countries in Europe and USA.
