Tribal people are reduced to eating the bark of tree, grass, leaves and plants. This is partly due to highly skewed income, mostly rental income, causing law purchasing power in the society, and partly due to degradation of human values on the land surface of the world. The true misery of million who live below the poverty line, or the million displaced by various projects or majority of them who suffer from malnutrition.

Adivasis other Jharkhand were oppressed and injustices they were subjected to by outside immigrants, who had usurped the trial agrarian rights and autonomy. In continuation of such risings, the tribals of Jharkhand today still continue to Struggle to free themselves from various kinds of injustices affecting them through the process of uneven development, for example, ruthless exploitation of forest resources Carrington out by contractors and other vested interests, mega dam hydro_electric projects, massive mining operations, Installation of huge industries etc. displacing thousands and thousands of tribals from their age old habitats.

In Tribal community they have their own Tribal Administrative System, Government must encourage their administrative system and prevent clashes, so that development could take place with balance manner.

Dr. Amulya Suman Beck is in the P. G. Department of Pol. SC. of BBMK Uni Dhanbad. Prior to this position he came to Dhanbad in the year 1996 and joined De Nobili School Sijua as a Teacher, thereafter in 2004 shifted to Government School at Rajhansh, Dhanbad. In the school days parents found thar he had no interest on studies rather in friendship, instead of going to school he roomed around the city and returned home exactly at the say time as the school got over. Finally they decided to put him in village school, there he redided in Hostel. Finally matriculated from St. Joseph's High School Torpa. This change opened his mind and interest grew for studies. He completed I. A and B. A from So. Xavier's College Ranchi, P. G from P. G. Department of Political Science Ranchi and B.ed from St. Xavier's College Calcutta. The attempt for better job became true when he was appointed As Assistant Professor in 2008 and was posted to Giridih College. In year 2011 he was transferred to P. K. R.M. M. College Dhanbad and 2018 to P. G Department of Pol. SC. BBMK Uni Dhanbad. He has extensive interest in the area of development of the Tribal regions of Jharkhand.
