Rati Malaiya has a degree in business studies from the University of Delaware (USA), in addition to a Diploma in Mass Communications from S.C.M at Sophia Polytechnic (Mumbai). Her day job involves the management of educational institutes dedicated to primary,higher and technical education. Having dabbled in various professional endeavours over the years, from research to strategy consulting, Rati is yet to discover that one true passion.

Her interests include the promotion and curation of traditional Indian arts and crafts, writing and of course reading marathons with her boys. She lives in the heart of India, Bhopal, with her husband - Nishant and sons - Advait and Parth.
