About the Author

Dr. Preeti born in Jhajjar and resides in Rohtak, Haryana, completed her schooling from Rohtak. After that graduation B.A.M.S. was completed fromBhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishawavidhayalaya, Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat, HR in 2013, Certificate course in Ksharsutra Therapy from B.P.S.M.V.Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat (HR) in 2013, MBA in Health Care Management from Sikkim Manipal University, 2015,M.D. in Swasthavrittafrom Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur, M.P. in 2018, Completed PhD from Guru Ravidas Ayurveda University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Worked as AYUSH Medical officer, NHM Haryana, for two years and after that completed her M.D. and joined as Assistant Professor in National college of Ayurveda and Hospital, Barwala, Hisar in 2019 and continuously working here. Publishedmore than 12 research papers and organizer of seminar and served as NABH coordinator for the hospital.

Swathavritta is pre-request for a healthy living which is a way of better living by which a person can remain healthy and can keep their surrounding healthy and accountability towards self and the society.
