Although the title of this book describes its content, we all need to be reminded again and again of the need to remain cautious when it comes to protecting our spiritual earning. Even the slightest trace of carelessness can result in significant loss.
In our daily life if someone is riding a bicycle along a busy road, he remains extremely attentive to his surroundings. He follows strictly all the traffic rules, for he knows a small lapse may cause an accident. He remains alert and watchful, as any inattentiveness could result in injury, a bone fracture or even death.
We all give such importance to our body, but when it comes to our spiritual journey, most of us become careless.
Contained within this small book are words of caution for all spiritual aspirants from our great Spiritual Master, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. There is his informal conversation with devotees on 26 June 2000 and excerpts from other similar conversations that also reflect his greatness. Even though he was revered as the supreme spiritual teacher of the world, he remained so humble and approachable. Unhesitatingly devotees would go to him with their queries, which he would answer with great affection and love.
