" Sri Rama Dinacarya " is a lyric written by a Maratha King Pratapasimha (1741 — 1764 A. D.) who adorned the throne of Tanjore Court. This Marathi work describes the daily routine of Sri Rama. the activities that he did from morning till he goes to sleep in his haram with his wife Sita after love sports. The way of telling the story and incidents are superb in its literary merits. To the devotees of Sri Rama this shall be usefull to enjoy the bliss of the great God Lord Rama. Mr. T. R. Bhima Rao, Marathi Pandit of this Library has edited this work along with a vivid introduction both in Marathi and Tamil. He has also given a translation in Tamil. Our appreciations are due to him and the staff of the Library who are responsible in bringing out the publication into a book form.
