In commemoration of Sri Ramakrishna's 175th Birth Anniversary, we are introducing to the English readers, a very valuable spiritual treasure of Marathi literature in the form of this booklet, entitled "The Spirit of Sri Changadeva-Pasashti' published by Holy Mother's Publication.

It contains the supreme vedantic precept given by Sri Jnaneshwar, the great saint of Maharashtra to Changadeva, the ardent seeker of Truth.

In course of discussion, the author, Swami Shivatatvananda calls the book Sri Changadeva- Pasashti as 'Sri Jnaneshwaropanishad' and indeed, this name is very apt.

In its original Marathi language, this book was published in 1988, written by Swami Shivatatva- nanda and published by Sri Ramakrishna Ashram, Buldhana and it was very well-received.

We sincerely hope that its translation in English will also prove to be equally beneficial to the English readers.
