In the chapters discussed, the treatment of the servant by the master, the solution to the problem of the servant etc., have been shown by Ks/emendra.
Ks/emendra has given a novel presentation of his idea in this work. Even though the conditions of the workers have improved very much in the organized sector, Ks/emendra's views are very much relevant in the major unorganized sector even today in view of the greed of the workers to earn, greed of the investors to earn more by way of interest on deposits and also the practice of bonded labour in various forms and above all the mismatch of the haves and the have nots.

Ksemendra like his contemporary Krsnamiora refers to the philosophical concepts even in this small text giving references to the evil effect of 'greed and the advantage of "contentment' which will lead to liberation.
The text along with the translation has been given so as to make the study easier.
The style and the language of the work is simple. The verses reflect the state of society of his time.
