In this book, almost every god and goddess has been given 108 mantras. It tries to appease every goddess so that the reverence of every creature on easth is fulfilled. The mantras are written in a simple way, and every god or goddess has been addressed in 20-20 different forms to increase ourt reverence and engage our minds in worship more often.

The author was born in karachi in 1932, received an urdu-hindi-sanskrit mundi’s education, and later went on to establish a business enterprises in delhi. His first book "avatar priyogen" talks about being descended on god’s earth. In his second book "naari mahaan hai" talks about greatness and improtance of a woman in universe. In his third book, " chalisa sangrah’ have more than 300 hindu religion god and goddess, jain religion and great sant/ guruji chalisa collection in one book. In this book, his forth, he gives us a detailed description of all things. Having spent his whole life in worship, philanthropy, pilgrimage and reading of the vedas and the puranas, he has never let himself sin. a glimpse of this shown in the book, a glimpse of what he calls his ‘life’s mirror’.
