Dr Shyam Kumar Vaishnav is a PG Scholar in the Dept. of Materia Medica in Dr Allu Ramalingaiah Govt. Homoeo Medical College, Rajamahendravaram. He stood State 7th in AIAPGET (All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test) 2018. He had put in constant efforts for the CMEs to be organized in the college and has taken active leadership in organizing and conducting medical camps and also selflessly served in spreading awareness and prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Taking the Keynotes in a different outlook, to make it as a ready reckoner shows your interest in Homeopathy. Dr Suchitra R Nayak and yourself both of you did a beautiful job in bringing out this work. Keep it up.

Ever since my undergraduate academic life, during the study of Allen's Keynotes, I felt the need of segregating into further subgroups, so that it can be handy for the Homoeopathic physicians, helpful for undergraduates as well as postgraduate students in memorizing and applying in the right manner when needed.

While studying the Keynotes, we commonly encounter with the terms like OLD, CHILDREN, WOMEN, GIRLS, etc. So, in this compilation, I have made an attempt to bring all the symptoms pertaining to the former into separate groups and tried to include those symptoms under them.

Another key feature of this compilation which I feel very important is the 'Do's & Don'ts' part, where I have included the instructions of the Master -Dr H.C Allen, under one roof which would be highly beneficial for all of us in practicing Homoeopathy.

As a PG scholar, it is just a humble attempt to categorize Allen's Keynotes into further subgroups. I surely feel that soon this book will book be on the desk of every Homoeopathic physician & with every enthusiastic undergraduate and postgraduate students.
