About The Author

Librarian and journalist S.K Dhawan, (born 13 March 1943) is in the library profession since 1963. As librarian, he has served in the Libraries of various reputed organisations in Delhi Currently he is the Chief Librarian, Publications Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting New Delhi.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Delhi University and Sahityalankar (Hons. in Hindo from Deoghar, Bihar. He did his Cert Lib Sc from Gwalior and Post- graduate Dip in Lib Sc from Delhi (Awarded i Ranganathan Memorial Gold Medal).

He is the author of several compilations, bibliographies, chronologies, book reviews articles and stories.
