About the Book Since time immemorial, sages, through a lineage, continue to share the supreme knowledge that uncovers the true nature of man experientially. This supreme knowledge or Brahmavidya that emphatically resolves the nature of the world and, the role of individuals and instructs on the Supreme Being called Atman or Brahman. The sages or Gurus, living anonymously and liberated while alive, attract a few bees who are ready to devote their time and energy on contemplation and sadhana.

The author through multiple conversations with his GuruMa, Shree Mata Swadhaa Devi, discusses practical difficulties in Sadhana, the role of effort and surrender, receives spiritual instructions and personally experiences divine interventions in multiple settings. These conversations, as three Jnanis (Realized Beings) told the author, are part of "Divine Sankalpa" or Divine will. The book covers Self-Knowledge (Jnana), Bhakti, atmavichara and GuruMa's own rich divine experiences. We hope Sadhaks and Mumukshus will find enough pointers in their pursuit of Self/Truth/God.

About the Author Ramanathan T. (Swadha Sei), based out of Bengaluru, renounced his career and worldly interests in quest of the Self/Truth/Atman. In his early 30s, Swadha Sei transformed from a left-wing proponent to Advaita and Jnana Marga through the teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. In obedience to a divine instruction, Swadha Sei quit corporate career in mid-40s.

He writes about the journey, meetings with Mahatmas, Enlightened beings and how finally reached the feet of his Guru, Shree Mata Swadhaa Devi. The author can be reached at swadha.sei@gmail.com

Heart is filled with pure love, ecstasy and ananda while writing this foreword since this Nagaraj Padaki feels blessed by our Poojya Gurudeva (Shri Swami Virajeshwara Saraswati) to share a few thoughts with dear gurubandhus.

Acknowledgments This work in its current form, the time spent in writing notes, verbatim documentation holds significance as it is for remembrance, reflection and to express gratitude to my Guru on Guru Poornima, 2023.

Great Gurus like Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, Papa Swami Ramdas, Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Sri Kanchi Mahaperiyava have given the essence of their experience through Talks, Q&A, Compositions and Biography, which makes scriptures, primarily Upanishads and The Bhagavad Gita within the reach of middling Sadhaks like me. Principally to beloved Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi for entering the life of a communist like me and for the complete transformation through the medicine called Jnana. Then, to Papa Swami Ramdas, who pulled the ear of this assertive ego and gave Deeksha at Anandashram and who taught the power of nāma and surrender. All Gurus are one, The Cosmic Being- Brahman. As Bhagavan taught, there are no Jnanis, only Jnana. To the Cosmic Being, a salutation from this dust.
