My friend Late Wamanrao Tambvekar has written a voluminous book on Samartha's management in English. Principal Ramesh Deshpande from Solapur has also written a book on Samartha's management in marathi. Now-a-days, Samartha's management is being discussed all over the world. But in this book I have no intention to provide evidence of Samartha's prudence. The concept of management is evolved in India since ancient time; the real management involves welfare of humanity. Unfortunately, western management is harassing human beings. it will not take time for India to prosper, Indian industries implement the management principles in Ramayana, Mahabharata and Dasbodh.

I sincerely wish, maximum number of people from industrial worked should read this book. It will definitely help of eliminate the industrial chaos.
