It was Swami Vivekananda’s dream that the message of Advaita should reach every home. We all know that it is not easy. Modern society being materialistic many times one begins to wonder whether there is any meaning in preaching higher values of life in the present context. Even though young men are the victims of this chaos we should not lose heart. It is our responsibility to provide healthy literature to our young friends.

We are happy that this work in published on Sarada Jayanthi. Readers are requested to note that Upadesasahasri is considered to be one among the toughest of Advaitic texts.
