About the Author

Dr. Jiwitesh Kumar Singh, a well known author in Economics, was awarded "Rashtriya Gaurav Award" from India International Friendship Society. He retired from BRA Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) as a Professor and Head of Department in Economics. He also worked as a Professor Emirate in Lalit Narayan Mishra Management Institute, Muzaffarpur. His other books are: Regional Economics (1978), Labour Economics (1998), International Trade and Business (2011), Environmental Economics and Development (2004) and Economics of J.K. Mehta (2006).
Dr. (Mrs.) Sushila Kumari is Reader and Head of the Department in Political Science in Mahantha Darshan Das Women College, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). She has teaching experience of more than thirty years. Her essays, writings and research papers have already been published in different renowned magazines and journals. Her edited book in Hindi "Samajbad: Dasha Avam Disha" was greatly appreciated by various scholars.
