Life is a mixture of bitterness from loss, and sweetness-from hope! Each and every one of us faces losses and difficult choices in life; this is a reality which is inescapable. However, at times, it may not seem worth to struggle through and continue on our journeys. This is where the power of hope and our will shines through, like a bright light that brings us warmth, comfort and shows us the path forwards. The story of The Odyssey also talks about loss and this divine power of hope! The narrative of a man and his struggles with loss is a timeless one, and the author uplifts the story with a uniquely novel setting and style that cuts across genres. Adithyan takes us on a fantastical journey through many 'realms'in a way that is both exciting and scary! The character is lost...scattered across different worlds, unable to piece together his own life, and the writer paints this in a hauntingly beautiful manner. Yet, regardless of how dire or inescapable a situation we find ourselves in, we must never refrain from having and celebrating hope. The darkness of the night will, eventually, be replaced by the light of day. The title of the last chapter-Tomorrow Will Dawn-perfectly captures the great role that hope plays in this book. After all, the very notion of 'tomorrow' is but a great hope!
