Nature Cure For Common Disease is written by me in lucid style of English so that each and every body must understand and practice naturopathy for their well-being.
This book comprises of two parts namely Part 'A' and Part 'B'. In part 'A' there are fifteen chapters and deals with introduction to nature cure, several types of baths, diseases cure with natural methods, fasting, good sleep, health hazards of coffee, tea, massage therapy, naturopathy versus modern medicine, nutritive foods and health, raw foods for perfect health, raw juice therapy (role of exercise in health and diseases, role of vitamins in health and diseases, sprouts for health) wheat grass as a miracle medicine.
In part 'B' there are forty-seven chapters deals with diseases with their causes, symptoms and naturopathy treatment. Several photos are inserted in this book to make the book more informative and practical in approach. This book would be useful to public at large.
About the Author:
Dr. T. L. Devaraj is an erudite scholar of Ayurveda. He has to his credit more than 30 books on medicine. This book is the 32 book on "Nature Cure For Common Diseases". His books are exported world wide and translated to Russian and other foreign languages. He worked as Principal and Deputy Director of Ayurveda of Karnataka state and retired in 1996. After his retirement he is doing yeoman service to ayurveda and naturopathy by writing books and also free consultation to patients. He is the recipient of international award and he was honoured by Sri B. D. Jatti, former Vice President of India, and Jagadgurus of Sringeri Shardapeetam, and Adhichunchanagiri Matha, Karnataka state, Sri Kempegowda award and Sri Aryabhat International Award Man of 2000 and International Service Award, for his yeoman service to ayurveda science.
