This book is for seekers, seekers who will not be satisfied with anything but Truth. But what is Truth? After consciously seeking truth for more than five decades in this life, today I have come to an understanding that Truth is not limited to just what we see, what we hear and what we can touch. The expansion of truth is spread far beyond our perception and tangibility. Its vastness is humanly inconceivable, and one can only surrender to it in humility. And that is exactly how I would like you to approach this book, with great humility and an open heart.
Our world functions in a very interesting way. Anything you desire here will be fulfilled someday or the other. From my very childhood I was interested in mystics and aspired for their communion. Life gave me exactly that. Many mystics came into my life and guided me whenever there was a real need. My master Osho has been a shining star amongst this constellation of evolved beings. I call them my light in this stormy journey called life. In this book I write about these mystics and my experience with them. I carry a hope that maybe these stories will work as a steppingstone and inspire and provide strength to that tribe of individuals who, like me, are also seeking the mystical and are geared towards it. I want to tell them that it exists!
Today the human world is ruled by a general concept that for anything to be genuine, it needs to be supported by logic and rationale. To them my stories may seem unreal and false. I am ready for their criticism. But it is not for their approval that I write this book. I write this book for those who are ready to wander beyond the boundaries of the five senses.
There are animals and birds who can see more than us; some have more hearing capacity than us humans; some can even foretell an upcoming calamity and run to safety before us. Their reality and perception of this world is different from ours but just because it is different and something we can't experience doesn't mean that it does not exist.
Spirituality is an experiential reality and not a debatable one.
To experience it you have to take off your glasses of doubt and plunge
into this pool of wonder and awe. Some people say that with the leap of science and materialism, the world has changed and mystical incidents have become myths of the past but I disagree with this.
My life itself is witness of many such incidents that were beyond the comprehension of my mind.
I have come to know that whenever a seeker is in need and is ready and receptive these incidents still happen regardless of time and space and are happening even today and will keep happening in the future. I pray that may the chapters in this book become an inspiration for trust and pave an opening of boundless possibilities that are waiting for you.
