Nyasa is a 12-year old reflective and conscientious girl who loves to read, write, play and swim. Although tender and sensitive, she can be funny and naughty at times. An avid Star Wars fan, she is an environmentalist by heart, and My friend NS230 and Other Stories is her maiden attempt at writing.
Few phrases have captured the unbridled imagination of children as powerfully as the English poet William Wordsworth's redolent stanza from 'My Heart Leaps Up': "The Child is father of the Man/And I could wish my days to be/Bound each to each by natural piety.'
