We are happy to present to the devotees this small booklet on the occasion of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi. A Large number of devotees were blessed by coming into contact with her during her lifetime. Even now many devotees are progressing spiritually by reading Her life and teachings. Many are accepting Her as their Ishtadevata and worshipping Her. In Her inimitable style the mother used to speak about Japa and Meditation during her conversations. We have culled some of these teachings and placed before you in this booklet. If you succeed in putting these teachings into practice that will be the greatest offering to Her on this blessed occasion.
