Mantra and meditation are two sides of the same coin. Mantra is the means, and meditation is the method.
"Mantra and Meditation is a book that will dispel the darkness of ignorance of many students who are confused. This book can lead to an understanding, knowledge and an ability to practice the science of meditation In this book, Dr. Arya explains that all the existing spiritual traditions of the world use a syllable, a sound, a word or set of words called mantra as a bridge to cross the mire of delusion .
"According to our tradition, which is purely a meditative tradition more than five hundred years old, mantra and meditation are inseparable just like two sides of a coin "This book is a gift to the readers from our unbroken lineage of meditators to the students who are treading the inner path of light. For doing inner research, mantra and meditation are the greatest aids
