Manokranti Yoga (The First Book) has been written to share ‘Manokranti Yoga’ with the English speaking population of our world. To date, the Manokranti Movement has published 78 inspiring and life changing books in Hindi and Nepali describing invaluable tools to uplift and balance life. The Manokranti way of living, thinking and being is now becoming internationalized.
Manokranti Yoga offers a new style of yoga to promote mental clarity, inner healing and psychological wellbeing. This innovative practice uses a flexible, comprehensive formula to order the steps within each posture, and sequence of postures using the spine. Manokranti Yoga not only reduces stress, increases flexibility, boosts immunity and balances the central nervous system, but also induces a graceful union of mind, body and soul. "The main purpose of yoga is to awaken the sub-conscious mind and help common man to become a superman." - Gurudev. Manokranti Yoga (The First Book) offers a balanced, complete program which incorporates warm up exercises, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
The universe led me, Louise Pianta on a journey from Australia, to the Manokranti Matrix in June 2007. I had planned to stay a mere seven days as my Nepali visa was due to expire but remained in the positively charged, dynamic Matrix for four months. I have been impressed and inspired by the Manokranti practical approach of experimenting with new ideas and action projects such as underground meditation and barefoot fire walking. It has been a pleasure and an honour to work closely with Gurudev while preparing this book. He is a truly inspirational man with a genuine character, interest and love for humanity. The Manokranti tools of yoga, pranayama, meditation, reiki, creative Manokranti Yoga visualization (psycho-9), super learning, and utilization (transforming negatives into positives) have given me the strength, determination and clarity to live amore meaningful, purposeful, balanced and healthy life.
Although India is famous for yoga practice, a number of Indians have travelled to Nepal to learn and practice Manokranti yoga. Whilst visiting the Manokranti Matrix to learn Manokranti yoga, Indian natural therapy doctor; Dr. Raglis assisted during the editing process for Manokranti Yoga (The First Book). He offered invaluable advice and constructive, positive feedback regarding the systematic nature and multi-layered benefits of Manokranti yoga.
