This book starts with the basic assertion that clairvoyance is a reality. It proceeds to describe what is seen by means of clairvoyance.
The layman who is not familiar with it has first to clearly comprehend the won- derful complexity of the world the limited that is visible and the unlimited vast area that is not visible.
The author traces the development of bodies, the consciousness, the emotions, their significant colours, the aura and the Divinity enveloping all.
Our faith in human nature may increase when we see how entirely Man is part of the Divine Nature. The more we see this glorious scheme of evolution, the greater will be the urge to seek further and see man's infinite potential.
CHARLES WEBSTER LEADBEATER (1847-1934) was a Church of England clergyman till he joined the Theosophical Society in 1883. He spent some years in Sri Lanka working for the revival of Buddhism. He was a highly developed clairvoyant who unfolded and perfected his psychic faculties under the guidance of his Adept Teacher. In 1893 he commenced his work of clairvoyant investigations, on occasions collaborating with Annie Besant, the second President of the Theosophical Society, and carried on this work until his death. His books, numbering more than thirty on the spiritual life and the inner nature of man, unveiled the hidden side of things and the life beyond death. His lectures worldwide presented a new viewpoint to thousands of people. It was he who dis- covered the great potential of J. Krishnamurti and prepared him with a view to his future work.
