World over, people aspire to live good life, not painful or troubled life. But, for most people, this does not happen due to problems, difficulties and their life conditions. Barring few individuals, most people disown responsibility for their unhappy life conditions and blame circumstances or destiny or both and hope that their life would be good by a chance happening. Author is a management consultant, educator and human resource trainer by profession. Apart from technical programs, he has been offering life oriented training programs for over ten years and informally works as a life coach to help people solve their personal and life related problems. He has other wide ranging experience in business, industry, commerce, management and government which has given him opportunities to interact with thousands of people. Fifteen years' intensive and extensive studies on self and life improvement related literature and basic disciplines involving life, convinced the author, that there exists a significant gap in educational, comprehensive and scientific material dealing with "Self and Life" in totality. Gap also exists in terms of comprehensively laid down action steps on how to improve self and life.
The author then intensively studied different scientific disciplines and topics that involve life.
