Lekha-mala (literally, a garland, necklace, or rosary of writings) complements Patropade§a, a recently published anthology of my correspondence. It consists of selected compositions and texts of mine from 1989 to 2015, now collected in this volume for the benefit of those who may wish to avail of the miscellaneous instructions and insights proffered therein.
As in Patropade§a a, these writings herein appear largely as they were first published. Variant spelling styles have not been standardized, but spelling errors have been corrected, abbreviations expanded, and footnotes provided to clarify certain points.
The email conferences of which postings are featured are all within the PAMHO system, which caters mainly to members of ISKCON. BVKS sang is a conference on PAMHO to which (since 1998 or earlier) I have almost daily sent quotations from Srila Prabhupada, and which also features philosophical queries and replies.
Sometimes, in replies that I sent to email conferences, the text (or a portion there bf) to which I was replying is placed contiguously with my answer; such quoted text is featured in gray type.
