Book Description
About the Book
Krishna, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu on earth, was driven by a singular agenda-to rid the world of the evil forces ruling it at the time he lived and reigned in Dwaraka. He set his goals, created a roadmap to success, marshalled his resources and achieved the targets he set for himself. He had the perfect management plan to succeess, to put it another way!

Taking 20 critical aspects of Krishna's leadership traits, like power, strategy, team building, communication, work-life balance, rules, stability, behaviour, decision-making, justifiable means, non-justifiable means, goals, personal growth, vision statement, karma, work etiquette, time management, greed and loyalty, Krishna: The Management Guru shows how lessons from Krishna's life can be applied to our contemporary, competitive, corporate world.

About the Author
Sunita Pant Bansal started writing poems and stories at the age of eight and has not stopped since. Trained in Nutrition, she practiced as a nutritionist for a couple of years before deciding to follow her passion instead. In her four decades of writing career, she founded a weekend newspaper and three magazines, besides editing five magazines, writing numerous articles and producing a short film.

Sunita hails from the Kumaon hills of the Himalayas, a region well-known for its crop of litterateurs. With that pedigree, it was no wonder that she started exploring mythology and its impact on our culture. In her writing career of 40 years, Sunita has authored hundreds of books for children and young adults on folk literature and mythology. For adults, her genres cover body, mind and soul, her books being sold in multiple languages globally. Her forte is decoding Hindu scriptures to show their relevance and application in today's times. Sunita's bestsellers include Kailas Mansarovar: The Journey of Body, Mind and Soul, Ramayan: The Journey of Ram, and Mahabharat: The Rise and Fall of Heroes.

Acknowledgments
There have been many people in my life, some no more and some still around, who have taught me, mostly unknowingly, whatever I needed to learn to reach where I am today. I will always be grateful to them.

I am grateful to Kapish Mehra for giving me this opportunity to express myself. Seeing his passion for books and understanding of the audience, I have no reservation in saying that I would like our association to continue for as long as it can.

I feel blessed to be surrounded by my family, my support system, giving me space to continue writing.

I am forever grateful to my readers and my publishers, who are my extended family, without whose continuous appreciation and encouragement, I wouldn't have been labelled as an 'author' today.

Lastly, I would like to acknowledge my reference books: Mahabharata Retold by C. Rajagopalachari, Srimad Bhagavatam translated by Anand Aadhar and Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyaya's Krishna Charitra.
