Many a times a few words of a particular book or journal which we read are deeply imprinted in our minds for a long time to inspire and guide in our academic/scientific deliberations.

During my long span of teaching and writing assignments, I used to read a lot of books, journals etc. and come across many such power-packed, inspiring words in the shape of bits and pieces on Ayurveda and allied topics. I carefully preserved all these worthy words in my work-book and whenever there was a starvation of ideas and clues for further activity, Just a glance at these inspiring “Bits & Pieces” rejuvenated me with a striking Idea for my Next Project.

This little book contains all those words and paragraphs on Ayurveda and allied subjects. My chief aim is to ‘passon’ these worthy words to the contemporary Ayurveda scholars, and students. I firmly hope that will inspire their ‘zeal’ further to ‘Zoom’ Ayurveda hope that this will inspire their ‘Zeal’ further to ‘Zoom’ Ayurveda research an study.
