Swasti Mishra is an active social worker since last ten years. She completed her masters in social work from Banaras Hindu University in year 2009. Swasti Mishra started her work in field of community medicine and general healthcare and associated with community medicine department, IMS, BHU on "awareness towards exclusive breast feeding" and mental well being for under depression people while working with department of psychiatry, IMS BHU. She also had worked with many organizations which deal with differentially able children, mainly MENTAID, Kolkata and KIRAN in rural Varanasi. While working with children and families she decided to continue her journey as social work research scholar and commenced her work under supervision of Dr. K.K. Singh, Asst. Professor, Social work dept, Mahatma Gandhi kashi Vidyapeeth. This book is mainly based on data and research findings collected by Swasti Mishra, in which she has tried to elaborate the preventive aspects of healthcare and mental well being (mainly anxiety, depression and stress) and its impact on mother-child relationship.
