Subject of Science and subject of religion are both seekers of truth. Veda is an eternal articulation of Omniscience, The Voice of God. Intellect applied in both may fall short in expression in language. At the same time, it cannot be denied that, understanding of language is of utmost important. If expression in language is incomplete or not properly understood, it does not mean truth doesn't exist. Sanskrit Rishis and Sages searched out seven abodes of Cosmos. These are as per the travel in the cosmos. These are Bhuh, Bhuvah, Swah included in Gayatri Mantra. Later on, four more discovered. Maha by Rishi Mahachamas. Janah, Tapah, Satyam were discovered later with advancement of Space travel. Interesting part described about the Janah Lok or abode is that the elements in Janah Lok are free from burns or are "DAHA MUKTA" Modern science is likely to discover more abodes in future. Our space travel is up to the region of Solar energisation level. Beyond Solar the travel is yet possible. Modern science is progressing gradually. Is the possibility of existence of more abodes in space? Read the book.
Science is a series of investigations and exploration of truth. A discovery is final and true, till another discovery proves otherwise. Earth was stationery and Sun rotates (Ptolemy), and now the Earth rotates around Sun while Sun is stationary. Is it really the final truth? Hence science discoveries are unfathomable. The Sanskrit Speaking Civilization very categorically believed that NETI - or NA ITI or not the end, further explorations are essential. Rigveda is the oldest written document in the world. It is in rhymes. The presentation is obscure, enigmatic, and difficult. A great thinking is needed to understand the hidden science in Rigveda. It is an in- depth study of nature and the origin of uni multiverses in boundless cosmos. The basic elements in nature and the super-human elements, are DEVTAS. Hence considered as religious. The invaders' inability to understand the meaning in depth and the desire to prove the superiority of invaders Sanskrit language condemned as useless. Accordingly, taught to populations for generations of India.
Dr. R. G. Matapurkar is a Surgeon retired from CHS, Govt. of India. He is a renowned scientist and has international patents to his credit (International patent Office USA 1995, Patent No. 227202 dated 2001 and 20020007223 2002, and 2003). His Innovative research is on Adult Stem Cells. He has used body tissue cells for the regeneration of tissues and organs in the body. With this technique, a few new operative techniques have been developed which are published in Medical Textbooks. He has a new physiological phenomenon of "Desired Metaplasia" to his credit. The use of stem cells is useful for future "space travel" by providing food production in Spacecraft and Space labs - a lightweight cargo.
Received National and International awards including elected active membership in the New York Academy of Sciences (a 200-year-old science organization). Drs Day Award (Dr. B.C. Roy) 2001 by the then Hon'ble Chief Min. Delhi, NCR Shrimati Shiela Dixit, Limca Book of World Records, G. R. Medical College Ratna, etc.
His Biography has been published in various National and International Biography books of repute.
He has scientifically analyzed the birth of 101 children (Kauravas) from the Adi Parva of Mahabharat.
No work is possible without good wishes, help, suggestions, and constructive criticisms from friends and family. Respect and regard are essential ways of expressing gratitude. In writing this book, I am grateful to the almighty for choosing my candidature for innovative Stem Cell Research and bestowing successful outcomes. This forced me to find out about science in the birth of 101 children, from a single female, during the Mahabharat era. Hence my sincere respect to rishi Vyas writer of Bhagwat Purana, with scientific details. I had only to co-relate with modern science. In absence of that knowledge, this book could not have seen daylight. Rigveda is the oldest literary work in the world. Cloning of Cows, Calf, and Horses, from Skin Cells by "Rishi Ribhu" as animal research and later period of Mahabharat, the Human Cloning and embryonic stem cells for developing human babies outside the human body, blends with research and development as per the modern science. Hence, I owe sincere gratitude for the scientific details in Sanskrit by Rishis and sages of Sanskrit Speaking Civilization.
Vedic knowledge was imparted to me in my childhood by my GURU and uncle "Takale Guruji" (Nick name- टकले गुरुजी) Respected Shri Govind R. Matapurkar), to whom I owe this Vedic DNYAN. I fail in my duty if I do not sincerely acknowledge his Ashirwad (Blessings).
In an effort for frantic search for science in Sanskrit literature, which was time-consuming, needed family support. I could not share time with them, and they all ignored this shortcoming. It was helpful and encouraging since I could complete my aim of completing this book. I am grateful for their help and co- operation, especially to my wife Asha and children (Ms. Mugdha, Miss Anvita, and Chiranjiv Chinmay).
