Mohan Gupta - a doyen among the present day practitioners and followers of School of Nature Cure as propounded by our Revered Master Acharya Seshadri Swaminathanji. Already 95,000 copies of these books have been published and have benefitted multitudes of general public. These works of Acharya Mohan Gupta have been inspired by various authoritative works of Acharya K. Lakshman Sharma ji and Acharya Swaminathan ji The learned and discerning reader about to embark on the exciting journey of reading, understanding and absorbing the most logical and wonderful knowledge this small treatise has to offer on Health matters, is cautioned that what he is about to learn will turn conventional wisdom on its head. But all for the betterment of reader's health and welfare as has been unfailingly experienced by the keen and dedicated followers of Nature Cure principles propounded by Acharya Seshadri Swaminathan ji.
